Name Your Own Price Car Rental

I tried the "Name Your Own Price" for a car rental last year and vow to never rent a car using any other method! I was always weary of booking a hotel or flight without knowing all the details, but for a car, I am less worried. All the car rental places are located in the airport, so whether it was Hertz or Alamo, etc makes no difference! I got a convertible in Maui for only $20⁄day (August 2009), a full size sedan in San Diego for only $19⁄day (Jan 2010). To find the best deal, I would log on everyday and try a price. I patiently waited until the "suggested" price went down a dollar or two. I always bid $1 below the suggested price and WON. I found that these prices were ALWAYS lower than Hotwire.com, which is where I got my rentals previously.
